Replying for your household

One link covers everybody invited together — a couple, a family, you and your plus one. Whoever opens it can answer for all of them, and each person still gets their own answer, their own meal and their own note about what they cannot eat.

So only one of you needs to do it, and it does not matter which.

When some of you can come and some cannot

Answer for each person separately on the same form. It is perfectly normal for a household to send two yeses and a no, and the couple sees exactly that.

Changing your answer

Open the same link again and change it. Whether you are coming is never locked — if something happens the week before, the couple would far rather hear it from you than count a chair nobody sits in.

Your meal is different. Once they have given final numbers to the kitchen they close the choices, and after that the link will not let you swap one. Tell them directly and they can do it for you if the kitchen still can.
